Hospice at Home Bank Nurse Required

Band 5 Night-time Bank Work (10pm – 6.30am)

Do you want to make a difference to patients and families in their own home?

Lakelands Hospice at Home service provides nursing care to patients who require symptom control and end of life care at home. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication are essential.

Previous experience of working within a community and palliative setting would be appropriate for the role. Training can be provided where necessary.

Our Hospice at Home service operates in partnership with local GPs and District Nurses. Our nurses work autonomously in a small team visiting patients in their own homes.

A car and current UK driving license are essential, and all positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
