Six amazing fundraisers braved a shark infested aquarium to raise an amazing £4,100.00 for Lakelands. The intrepid team was Sarah Polley, Eric Bookless, Karen Dines, Tracey Draper, Magda Sokol and our own head of fundraising Paul.
After a two hour scuba dive training course the team dived in pairs up to 20 metres with over 25 different types of shark, sting rays and hundreds of other species of fish. Not only did the team raise a fantastic amount of money they overcame some personal fears and boundaries jumping into the aquarium, a truly inspirational effort.
