A big thank you to a wonderful group of ladies who raised an amazing £459.45 at their annual fundraiser for a special friend and colleague Lynn Copeland.
'We are a group of friends who worked with Lynn Copeland for 3-4 years. Lynn was such a big character in our world and we all missed her at work so decided to do a 'Lynn's Day' fundraiser each September to show how much she was loved and missed by all her family and friends. We had an amazing turnout and Lynn as we expected organised sunshine after many days of rain.'
To support Lakelands in memory of Lynn is an amazing gesture and is so much appreciated by all the patients volunteers and staff here at the hospice.
