A huge thank you to Jacqui Crosbie for completing Scafell Pike Hike and 50 mile bike ride challenge. Jacqui raised an amazing £572.00 for Lakelands Hospice.
Jacqui said "I would just like to thank everyone who supported me with my fundraising efforts for this wonderful cause. A special thanks goes out to Hugh Crosbie who hounded the taxi drivers of sky cabs for sponsorship, Sky Cabs who have supported throughout the fundraising. A massive thanks goes out to my best friends Debbie Keith, Sam Ashton and John Edward Ashton who kept me going throughout the climb and were there to help and push me on when things got really tough. I’m not gonna lie it was the toughest mountain I have ever done and pretty scary and at times I thought I wouldn’t make it, but their determination, kindness and hard work (when times got tough) was amazing.
Everyone’s generosity at such a difficult time is very humbling, and I am so very grateful for your donations".
