Our patients had a wonderful visit from Henry (aged 5) and his little sister Florence (aged 3). Henry and Florence decided they would give up chocolate for Lent, Florence managed a fantastic 7 days, however Henry managed to do the full 40 days!
Henry and Florence were sponsored by family and friends and presented the hospice with a cheque for a magnificent £100!
Henry’s parents commented that the children really enjoyed their visit to the hospice and Henry is proudly taking his certificate to school to show his teacher and friends.
Well done Henry and Florence you are both mini Lakelands Legends!
